Nadine Sauer

Nadine was born in Seattle, Washington, USA in 1952. She studied “International Studies” and French at universities in Seattle and Aix-en-Provence (France) and received her Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Washington in her hometown. She has lived in Neckarsteinach since 1974. There, she learned the German language through independent study, radio and television, and from the “locals.” Through her interest in the history of her new home, she has also contributed to the history of Neckarsteinach as a genealogist through her publications. In 2001, she and her husband founded “Edition Tintenfaß”.

Yerdua

Yerdua wurde im Elsass geboren und kam schon in sehr jungen Jahren mit verschiedenen Mal- und Zeichentechniken in Berührung. Später entwickelte sie ihre künstlerische Praxis gemeinsam in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Künstlern weiter. Neben ihrem Psychologiestudium leitete sie Kunstworkshops für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Diese Erfahrung hat ihre Sichtweise auf das künstlerische Schaffen tiefgreifend verändert. Ihre Reisen, ihre künstlerischen Projekte in Asien und Südamerika sowie die Zirkuskunst haben ihr kreatives Universum bereichert. Als Mutter entdeckte sie die faszinierende Welt der Kinderbücher. Sie schreibt gerne Geschichten, in denen ihre Liebsten in wichtigen Momenten ihres Lebens die Hauptrolle spielen.
