Shipping

We ship via Deutsche Post or DHL.

Germany

For orders with a shopping cart total under €20.00, we charge a flat rate of €3.95 per shipment for postage and packaging.
For shopping cart totals of €20.00 or more, we offer free shipping. So it’s worth taking another look around.
Delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days.

European Union

For orders with a shopping cart total under €20.00, we charge a flat rate of €9.95 per shipment for shipping and handling.
For orders with a shopping cart total of €20.00 or more, the flat rate is reduced to €6.95.
For orders totaling €40.00 or more, we offer free shipping. So it’s worth taking another look around. Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.

Europe (Non-EU)

For orders with a shopping cart total under €20.00, we charge a flat rate of €12.95 per shipment for postage and packaging.
For orders totaling €20.00 or more, the flat rate is reduced to €9.95.
For orders totaling €40.00 or more, we offer free shipping. So it’s worth taking another look around. Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.

For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend shipping to a service provider in Germany.

Worldwide (excluding USA)

For shipping and handling, we charge a flat rate of €16.95 per shipment for orders with a shopping cart total under €20.00.
For a shopping cart total of €20.00 or more, the flat rate is reduced to €12.95.
For a shopping cart total of €40.00 or more, the flat rate is €16.95. So it’s worth taking another look around.
Delivery takes approximately 10–20 business days.

Please note the weight limit of 1,000 g. For larger orders, please contact us. We’ll be happy to provide you with a customized quote for the merchandise and shipping costs.

We charge a flat rate of €36.95 per shipment for shipping and handling.
Delivery takes approximately 10–20 business days.

E-books

Delivery of e-books is free of charge.

Payment

You can pay for your online purchase via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

In the unlikely event that an item is not immediately available, you will be notified immediately by email. For titles that are temporarily out of stock or have not yet been published, you grant Edition Tintenfaß the right to place a pre-order.

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Since we are a small family-owned business, delivery times may be longer on holidays, for example.
